THE NUANNAARPOQ INTERVIEWS
These will build a nuannaarpoq story book through slow-mo interviews. We will post occasional questions relating to the themes we believe reinforce nuannaarpoq.
Some responses (we expect many, rich, original, touching and varied) will be featured here, to celebrate the ways people find and share pleasure in being alive, and to inform the development of nuannaarpoq.com and a life-loving manifesto.
Please see the first questions below and feel free to send in your response in a brief sketch in words or images.  And remember, this isn’t a school test – you don’t need to study or prepare, just think, imagine, react and communicate!
The Nuannaarpoq Interviews - Question 003
‘If you had an opportunity to put a question to Socrates what would it be?’Â
This is a quotation from Lawrence Durrell’s enchanting exploration of the island of Corfu, Prospero’s Cell. I have been pondering it for months and look forward to your questions for Socrates … don’t hesitate to send more than one. I believe he won’t mind.Â
Please send your responses using the form above. Earlier questions can be seen below in case you’d like to respond to those too.

The Nuannaarpoq Interviews - Question 002

Or of such a walk you would like to do with someone, even if you haven’t met them or they are no longer alive. Â And why. Â Please send a brief response using the contact form above.

Nuannaarpoq themes: sharing, moments. Â This quotation from Clive James’ translation of Dante made me think of such walks in my own life, and wonder about other people’s. Â Â
The Nuannaarpoq Interviews - Question 001
What is your idea, experience or dream of a timeless afternoon?
It can be something you enjoy (or have enjoyed) regularly, or that you remember or dream of. Â Please send a brief response using the contact form above.
Nuannaarpoq theme: time.  I don’t know anyone who feels they have enough time. Time is a primary colour in the nuannaarpoq rainbow, together with its corollary, timelessness: those luxurious moments when you forget or lose track of time because you are so happy or simply, positively, absorbed.

Sincerity of expression
